Is Diabetic Inhaler a Better Solution?

Diabetic injections can be substituted by diabetic inhalers, which can prove to be quite a relief to patients. Many are tired of being injected and prefer another way out. Perhaps, a diabetic inhaler, although expensive, can turn out to be an easy and convenient treatment process. A needle- free life can be worth hoping for. The pain and agony of being injected can be minimized. Also those who suffer from a -needle phobia’ may find this a better deal.

Diabetic injections cause much discomfort. A patient would prefer medication through the mouth. Pills are there. Now an inhaler! Easy for the insulin to be injected. The FDA has approved the inhaler. Similarly, even in Britain, it has been found to be a preferred substitute. It will cost the exchequer much and the patient may be able to purchase it at only at an exorbitant price. According to many experts, it is worth taking the powdered insulin via an inhaler than an injection.

The insulin inhaler will provide better glucose control in the case of Diabetes Type 2 disease. In the case of Diabetes Type 1, reduced injections coupled with use of the insulin inhaler have helped the patient to manage his diabetes well.

Diabetic inhaler may affect the lungs, but yet some patients prefer it to injections. They are willing to accept the side-effects, rather than being injected several times in day. Injections may cause inconvenience in relation to time and place, but an inhaler may be more acceptable in a social situation. Several inhaler drugs are in the market to choose from.

Do away with injections and go in for an inhaler. Consult your physician and find out if your diabetes can be better managed with an inhaler. Even if it is expensive, it may be a better treatment solution.
